Join us for a fascinating presentation by head archives librarian, Carlos Pelly, who will share a collection of photographs that highlight Yakima's transformation from a dusty, wood-frame railroad town to an established, turn-of-the-century city made up of impressive brick and stone buildings.
As an added treat, attendees will get a sneak peek at "Yakima's Gilded Age, 1887-1914," a 166-page collection of historical and contemporary photos of the same buildings and/or locations.
