Celebrate the beings that keep us alive by making some art with your kids! Talented local artist, Christie Tirado, will lead two sessions in which children will learn to create art inspired by our Valley’s ecological and economical heroes: pollinators like bees, birds, and butterflies.
As part of "Pollinators: A Hero’s Life," a collaboration with Yakima Symphony Orchestra, the Downtown Yakima Library will be hosting two Children’s Art-Making Workshops on Saturday, January 19.
The first session begins at 2pm, the second at 3:30pm.
